Additional logs are available for purchase. A Washing Machine / Tumble Drier is available in the owners outbuilding for guests to use. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. High chair and travel cot available on request. Unfenced lawn, patio and picnic table. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3.5 miles. Note: Ceiling height in the sitting room is low at approximately 7ft 1in. Note: Doorway height into the ground floor bedroom is approximately 6ft 3in. Note: The stairway is steep.
All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Pets are accepted on the understanding that they are always kept under control and exercised off the premises. They should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture and they must never be left in the property unattended.
