Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 1 small/medium sized car only and ample roadside parking nearby. Private lawned garden and patio area to the front with furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 3 mins walk. Note: Due to the sofa bed in the family room being suitable for 2 children aged 11 and under, this property accepts a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children aged 11 and under. Note: There are 12 gentle, gradual steps to the front of the property with handrail and 12 standard steps with handrail to the rear of the property.
All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Pets are accepted on the understanding that they are always kept under control and exercised off the premises. They should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture and they must never be left in the property unattended.

The cottage has four bedrooms consisting of two doubles and two twins, and a double sofa bed for two children, plus two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The cottage also has a family bathroom, a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with an electric fire. Outside the cottage is off road parking for one car with additional roadside parking and a lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Ideal for a family holiday, 1 Lingfell is perfect for discovering Cumbria, Lancashire and the Yorkshire Dales.
