Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant 3 mins walk. Children's play area 2 mins walk. Note: This cottage is near the M6 motorway, some road noise can be heard when outside. Note: The cottage is next to a canal, children should be supervised at all times. Please note: from the 8th November for 3 days, the neighbouring property will be having new windows fitted.
All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Does this property accept dogs? - Yes

The property owner has advised that this property accepts visitors with pets.

Pets are accepted on the understanding that they are always kept under control and exercised off the premises. They should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture and they must never be left in the property unattended.

Please remember to include all the pets that will be accompanying you at the time of booking so that the property owner is expecting you and your pet.

Where there is a charge for taking your pet, this will be made clear on the property owners' website, and at the time of booking.

Outside the cottage benefits from off road parking for one car. With hiking, boating and golf all nearby, 10 Swan House is an ideal base for a family holiday by the Lake District National Park.
