Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. wifi available.Off road parking for 1 car. Two patio areas, one with garden furniture, one with private hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Walks within grounds. Nearest shops and amenities 4 miles. Please note as the hot tub is emptied, cleaned and re filled between each booking it may not be at the optimum temperature for your arrival.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Pets are accepted on the understanding that they are always kept under control and exercised off the premises. They should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture and they must never be left in the property unattended.

All on one floor, this cottage can sleep two people in one double bedroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a bathroom, and an open plan living space with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting room. To the outside of the cottage there is a decking area with a private hot tub, a garden area with furniture and off road parking.
