Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot (no cot mattress or bedding supplied) and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars only in designated parking bays, other cars would need to use the public car park nearby. Private lockable bike storage. Enclosed patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and town amenities less than 1 min walk. Note: Six steps leading up to the property, and steps leading down to the patio and bike storage. Note: This cottage is located above a convenience store/off-licence. Note: Please bring own cot mattress and cot bedding for the travel cot.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Pets are accepted on the understanding that they are always kept under control and exercised off the premises. They should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture and they must never be left in the property unattended.

Church view is a first and second floor apartment, set above a convenience store, in the village of Grange-over-Sands just two miles from Cartmel. The cottage sleeps up to 10 people and has three double bedrooms, one with an en-suite and one with a double sofa bed, plus two single bedrooms, and two bathrooms, one with a separate shower and Jacuzzi bath. Also in the apartment is a kitchen diner, a utility room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking for two cars, an enclosed patio with furniture and secure, lockable bike storage. Situated in the Lake District, Church View is a lovely family holiday home all year round
