Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front enclosed decking with hot tub, furniture, BBQ plus shared grounds. Shared use of leisure facilities, including indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, gym, play park and multi-use games area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Due to lakeside location, children should be supervised at all times. Note: Due to the site's rural location, WiFi signal can be intermittent and not suitable for live streaming. Note: Although all ground floor the lodge is approached by 6 steps. Note: At check-in guests will be provided with a barrier pass number to use in the barrier key pad providing vehicular access to the park. Note: Guests wishing to use the on-site leisure facilities will need to purchase a leisure pass from reception. Passes cost £15 per stay and one pass is allocated per lodge. Note: No stag/hen or similar.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Pets are accepted on the understanding that they are always kept under control and exercised off the premises. They should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture and they must never be left in the property unattended.

Please remember to include all the pets that will be accompanying you at the time of booking so that the property owner is expecting you and your pet.

Claife View Lodge is an immaculately-presented lodge located on White Cross Bay in the Lake District. The lodge can sleep six people in three bedrooms, comprising a double with en-suite wet room, a twin and a 2'6" twin as well as a family bathroom. The lodge also contains an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. To the outside of the lodge is off road parking for two cars and a private decked area with furniture. Claife View Lodge offers fantastic on-site leisure facilities, with a restaurant, bar, indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym. There is also a play park and a multi-use games area making this an ideal base for everyone at any time of the year.
