Note: There are five steps to the front door. Note: Due to the location, WiFi can be intermittent. Note: At check-in guests will be provided with a barrier pass number to use in the barrier key pad providing vehicular access to the park. Note: Lake on-site so children to be supervised at all times. Note: Guests wishing to use the on-site leisure facilities will need to purchase a leisure pass from reception. Peak season adult - £9.95, peak season child - £6.95, off peak adult - £7.95, off peak child - £5.95, under 3's - free, there is a 10% discount on short breaks (4 days or less) and day passes. Note: The swimming pool is open via a booking system. Note: Electric Vehicle charging point provided via 3 pin socket, located to the side of the steps used to access the property.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Pets are accepted on the understanding that they are always kept under control and exercised off the premises. They should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture and they must never be left in the property unattended.

Coniston Number 9 is a delightful single-storey detached lodge situated on White Cross Bay holiday park, close to Troutbeck Bridge and Windermere. This lodge sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of a king-size double with en-suite shower, a twin and a bunk room, together with a bathroom. The lodge also has an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with electric fire. Outside there's a raised decked area with furniture and barbecue, off road parking for two cars and a number of on-site leisure facilities. Coniston Number 9 is a charming family base.
