Enclosed lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: One step from kitchen to hall. Note: Doorways are low due to historic age of cottage and there are four steep steps with lower ceiling to the en-suite bathroom. Note: Some road noise may be heard outside the front of property. Note: There is a fenced off shallow brook at the bottom of the garden, children should be supervised. Note: This property has a 4pm check in

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Pets are accepted on the understanding that they are always kept under control and exercised off the premises. They should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture and they must never be left in the property unattended.

The cottage can sleep six people in three king-size double bedrooms, (one with en-suite facilities) as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also contains a kitchen and utility as well as a dining room and sitting room with a woodburner. To the outside of the property is ample off road parking and an enclosed lawned garden with furniture and barbecue.Located in stunning countryside, Duddon Cottage is a lovely cottage suitable for a great holiday at any time of the year.
