Oil central heating with open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Front and rear lawned garden plus rear patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Two well stocked villages stores and Post Office, selling papers/magazines, fresh meat, fresh fruit and vegetables, great range of groceries, beers/wines/spirits/soft drinks, toiletries etc! Note: Although all ground floor, there is one step to the front and back door.
All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Does this property accept dogs? - Yes

The property owner has advised that this property accepts visitors with pets.

Pets are accepted on the understanding that they are always kept under control and exercised off the premises. They should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture and they must never be left in the property unattended.

Please remember to include all the pets that will be accompanying you at the time of booking so that the property owner is expecting you and your pet.

Eusebank is a lovely, single-storey cottage set on the edge of Pooley Bridge near Ullswater in the Lake District National Park

With two bedrooms, one a double and the other a family room with 1 double and 1 single bed, this cottage can sleep five people. There's also a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside, there is ample off road parking plus a front lawned garden and a rear patio with furniture. Set in a superb position for enjoying this popular corner of the Lake District, Eusebank offers couples and small groups of families and friends a wonderful home-from-home.
