Pub 2 mins walk, local post office and nearest supermaket 1.6 miles away at Millom. Note: Children must be supervised at all times outside the house due to the proximity of the river.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Pets are accepted on the understanding that they are always kept under control and exercised off the premises. They should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture and they must never be left in the property unattended.

Hosting three bedrooms; a king-size double with en-suite, a double room with a single bed, and a separate single bedroom. This property can sleep up to six people. Inside you will also find an open plan sitting, kitchen and dining area. To the outside is off road parking for one car. Located in a scenic setting with much to explore in and around the area, Harbourside House is a wonderful cottage in a peaceful part of England.
