Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

The property owner has advised that this property accepts visitors with pets.

Pets are accepted on the understanding that they are always kept under control and exercised off the premises. They should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture and they must never be left in the property unattended.

Please remember to include all the pets that will be accompanying you at the time of booking so that the property owner is expecting you and your pet.

High Torver House is a large, detached property with its own grounds, in the hamlet of Torver, near Coniston. The property has four bedrooms; two super-king-size doubles, one with zip/link feature, a king-size annexe bedroom with en-suite shower room and a further king-size. The property also features a family bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, a cloakroom, utility, kitchen, dining room, sitting room with woodburning stove and an annexe snug with a woodburning stove. Outside there is an enclosed lawn garden and a patio with furniture, a barn with bike storage and parking for 3 cars, along with woodland and fields owned by the owner of the property. High Torver House is a wonderful Lake District escape.
