Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Pets are accepted on the understanding that they are always kept under control and exercised off the premises. They should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture and they must never be left in the property unattended.

The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV and en-suite bathroom, a double with TV and en-suite shower room, two second-floor doubles with TV and en-suite shower rooms, a super-king-size with zip/link, TV and en-suite shower room and a single with TV and en-suite shower room, all of the rooms have hairdryers. Outside there is designated parking for three cars, an enclosed rear garden with astro-turf, patio and furniture, and an enclosed front garden with patio, gravelled area and furniture. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
