All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Pets are accepted on the understanding that they are always kept under control and exercised off the premises. They should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture and they must never be left in the property unattended.

Ingleborough Barn is an outstanding detached barn conversion situated in lovely countryside, set just 250 yards from the owner?s home on their working livestock farm, just three miles from High Bentham in Yorkshire and can sleep up to fourteen people. There are six bedrooms, three king-size doubles, one double and two twin rooms with two additional folding beds. There are two shower rooms on the first floor and a bathroom and shower room on the ground floor. The rest of the cottage contains two open plan living areas each with a kitchen, dining area and sitting room with woodburning stove. To the outside of the cottage is an enclosed garden with patio, furniture and hot tub. Ingleborough Barn is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to explore the delights of the Yorkshire Dales together.
