Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Pets are accepted on the understanding that they are always kept under control and exercised off the premises. They should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture and they must never be left in the property unattended.

Lake View, a luxury semi-detached property, rests in the Lake District village of Watermillock. Its four bedrooms consist of a king-size with an en-suite, a further king-size and two twin zip/link rooms, as well as two family bathrooms, the property is able to sleep eight people. The interior also includes an open-plan living area containing a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove, as well as a separate sitting room with an electric fire. To the outside there is plenty of off-road parking, as well as a patio with furniture and an enclosed lawn.
