Highchair available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lockable bike storage. Enclosed garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Two well stocked villages stores and Post Office, selling papers/magazines, fresh meat, fresh fruit and vegetables, great range of groceries, beers/wines/spirits/soft drinks, toiletries etc!
All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

The property owner has advised that this property accepts visitors with pets.

Pets are accepted on the understanding that they are always kept under control and exercised off the premises. They should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture and they must never be left in the property unattended.

Please remember to include all the pets that will be accompanying you at the time of booking so that the property owner is expecting you and your pet.

Mews Cottage is a perfect holiday cottage with a secluded walled garden in Pooley Bridge on the edge of Ullswater, one of the prettiest villages in the Lake District, within walking distance of the village pubs and shops. The cottage has a double room and a single room, a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with open fire. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a walled garden with furniture. base.
