All electric, bedding and towels supplied, with the exception of the sofa bed. Off road parking for 1 car. Full use of all facilities at Whitbarrow Holiday Village including leisure centre, crazy golf and spa. Cot and highchair. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins drive. Penrith 10 minutes. Please note: WiFi is available in the cottage, arranged upon arrival for an additional charge depending upon duration of stay.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Pets are accepted on the understanding that they are always kept under control and exercised off the premises. They should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture and they must never be left in the property unattended.

Sleeps 6 in 3 ground floor bedrooms including an en-suite double, twin and bunk bedrooms. The upstairs living room and dining kitchen are well equipped and comfortable and guests have full use of the holiday village facilities including leisure centre with swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. There's also a restaurant and bar on-site plus plenty of activities for all ages. Private parking for 1 car is provided, plus extra parking in the car park.
