A laundry facilties are available in the form of a washing machine in the garage. The market town of Keswick is just a mile from the cottage with a great array of local shops, bars and restaurants and a short distance further are the shore of Derwentwater for a host of waterborne activities.There are a great choice of walks available for all levels direct from the door the neighbouring mountain bike trails of Whinlatter Forest are popular all year round.
