Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Pets are accepted on the understanding that they are always kept under control and exercised off the premises. They should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture and they must never be left in the property unattended.

Please remember to include all the pets that will be accompanying you at the time of booking so that the property owner is expecting you and your pet.

Park View is a delightful cottage that is quite literally a stone's throw from the heart of Ambleside centre and, hence the name, it stands beside Rothay Park with great views over the church towards Loughrigg Fell.The property was fully refurbished in summer 2014. The property comes with a parking permit so you can park on the lane outside and nearby.There?s a pretty entrance to this lovely cottage, complete with honeysuckle round the door, leading into the porch with slate floor that is great for walking clobber.A hallway leads you into a cosy lounge with plush furnishings and a warming wood burner.The kitchen / dining room is very well appointed and there?s a separate utility / boot room with a stable door that leads out to the patio / garden complete with garden furniture - this sunny spot is ideal for al-fresco living on warm days.Upstairs you?ll find the first floor double bedroom with stunning views towards Loughrigg and a second lounge / TV room with Smart TV, this room has its own shower room.Upstairs again to the second floor where the views get even better and a second double bedroom with a separate dressing room, its own bathroom with shower attachment and bath.
