Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

The property owner has advised that this property accepts visitors with pets.

Pets are accepted on the understanding that they are always kept under control and exercised off the premises. They should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture and they must never be left in the property unattended.

Please remember to include all the pets that will be accompanying you at the time of booking so that the property owner is expecting you and your pet.

Pea Top Cottage is a detached property situated in a courtyard, next to the owners' home, on a working farm, in the rural village of Culgaith, within the Eden Valley, between the Lake District and the Northern Pennines

It is set all over the ground floor, with ramped access to the front door, and sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a super king-size double (zip/link can be twin on request) and a twin. There is also a bathroom and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside you have off road parking, a front patio and access to the owners? paddock. Located between the Lake District and the Northern Pennines, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Pea Top Cottage will provide the perfect accommodation for a small family or a group of friends in need of a countryside holiday at any time of year.
