Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Please contact owner at least 10 days prior to arrival if you would like the zip/link beds to be made up as super king-size doubles or twins. Please note: there are two flights of stairs, they are not suitable to anyone with mobility issues.
All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Pets are accepted on the understanding that they are always kept under control and exercised off the premises. They should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture and they must never be left in the property unattended.

Rockcliffe is a detached cottage situated in the small village of Kents Bank, 1.5 miles from the town of Grange-over-Sands in Cumbria. Set over three floors, this cottage sleeps six people and has three second floor bedrooms, consisting of one zip/link super king-size double with en-suite shower, one zip/link twin and one twin, as well as a second floor bathroom and ground floor basin and WC. The cottage also has a first floor kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area, a first floor sitting room with gas fire and a boiler room for storing boots. Outside there's off road parking for three cars, a garage, a front, enclosed first floor sun terrace with furniture, a rear, enclosed terraced garden and a front garden with grassed area and a variety of trees. Rockcliffe is a great family base close to many places to visit.
