Note: 50 railed steps lead directly down to shore, children to be supervised, alternatively, the shore is 200 yards down the road. Please note: Solway Cottage is situated in the grounds of the owner's property, Maia House. All outlooks are across the Solway Firth estuary towards Scotland.
All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

The property owner has advised that this property accepts visitors with pets.

Pets are accepted on the understanding that they are always kept under control and exercised off the premises. They should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture and they must never be left in the property unattended.

Please remember to include all the pets that will be accompanying you at the time of booking so that the property owner is expecting you and your pet.

Set solely over the ground floor, the cottage can sleep four people in a king-size double bedroom, and a family room with a 4? double and a single bed, both with TVs with Freeview. There is also a family bathroom and a shower room, and an open plan living area with a kitchen, a breakfast bar and a sitting area. Feature French windows showcase the beautiful scenery and lead out on a decked patio with furniture. Steps lead directly down to the shore and there is off road parking for two cars. Solway Cottage is a delightful base for friends, families, and couples exploring Cumbria and the Scotland?s borders, all year round.
