The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

South Lodge is a delightful single-storey lodge situated in an isolated position on the owners' farm, six miles from Kendal. This lodge has two bedrooms, consisting of a double with walk-in wardrobe and a twin, together with a shower room. The lodge also has an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with electric fire. Outside there's off road parking for two cars and a wrap-around decked area with patio and steps up to a lawned garden. South Lodge is a great Lake District base.
