Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Additional fuel available to purchase from owner. Bed linen, towels and bathrobes inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Patio with furniture and hot tub. One well-behaved pet welcome. Strictly no smoking. Shops and pub 1 mile. Note: The owners live in the farmhouse some 30 yards from the property. Note: Due to a steep slope to the rear of the cottage, children should be supervised. This detached, stone-built cottage, a former smithy, is set in the grounds of the owner's farmhouse alongside the river Rawthay. The cottage is on the owners small holding and therefore friendly farm dogs and free range chickens roaming freely. Note: Max 2 people, this property does not accept infants Please note: There is a 7kw charging point for electrical cars available - There is a supplement charge which will be paid directly to the owner if this product is used.

The property owner has advised that this property has ground floor bedrooms and may have improved facilities for the mobility impaired.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

The property owner has advised that this property accepts visitors with pets.

Pets are accepted on the understanding that they are always kept under control and exercised off the premises. They should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture and they must never be left in the property unattended.

Please remember to include all the pets that will be accompanying you at the time of booking so that the property owner is expecting you and your pet.

Speight Cottage is a converted barn placed on the outskirts of the town of Sedbergh in Cumbria. It plays host to one bedroom which comprises a king-size bed, there is also a shower room, the property can sleep two people. Its interior also includes an open-plan living area made up of a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. To the outside, you will find off-road parking for two cars as well as a patio with furniture and a hot tub. Speight Cottage is a romantic retreat for couples to enjoy all-year-round.
