Spacious gardens and patio with furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 3 miles. Note: Check in time is 4pm. Note: Livestock farms all around, please keep dogs on lead when outside. Throughout 2021 Spen House offers a small party reduction of 20% on bookings for 6 people or less (please note the super king room with the bath, a double room with en suite and a twin room with access to main bathroom with bath and shower is included in this price). Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

The property owner has advised that this property accepts visitors with pets.

Pets are accepted on the understanding that they are always kept under control and exercised off the premises. They should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture and they must never be left in the property unattended.

Please remember to include all the pets that will be accompanying you at the time of booking so that the property owner is expecting you and your pet.

Spen House is a semi-detached farmhouse near to the town of High Bentham on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The cottage sleeps ten people and has five bedrooms, four doubles (two with en-suites) and one twin along with two family bathrooms. There is also an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside the cottage is off road parking and a spacious garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Set in glorious countryside, Spen House is a luxury property in a stunning part of the country.
