Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Bike storage. Patio with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 4 miles. Note: Cottage is on a working farm, dogs to be kept on a lead when outside. Note: Mobile reception can be limited. Note: There are steps leading up to the front door. Note: No stag/hen parties or similar. Please note: bookings must fall between a Saturday and Saturday due to cleaning schedules.
All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Does this property accept dogs? - Yes

The property owner has advised that this property accepts visitors with pets.

Pets are accepted on the understanding that they are always kept under control and exercised off the premises. They should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture and they must never be left in the property unattended.

Please remember to include all the pets that will be accompanying you at the time of booking so that the property owner is expecting you and your pet.

Where there is a charge for taking your pet, this will be made clear on the property owners' website, and at the time of booking.

The Granary is a detached cottage on a working farm, set in the centre of the Duddon Valley, just four miles from Broughton-in-Furness, in the stunning Lake District and can sleep six people in three bedrooms

The Granary is a detached cottage on a working farm, set in the centre of the Duddon Valley, just four miles from Broughton-in-Furness, in the stunning Lake District and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. The cottage has two double bedrooms (one on the ground floor), a twin bedroom, a ground floor shower room, an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove and there is also a conservatory. Outside there is ample off road parking, bike storage and a patio with furniture. The Granary is a wonderful holiday base.
