OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

The living area is open-plan with a kitchen containing an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine and dishwasher, dining seating for four, and a sitting area with an electric fire, TV and Juliet balcony. There is one zip/link twin bedroom and a shower room. Guests have permit parking for one car in a nearby car park with electric charging point. Within 0.1 miles, there is a shop and pub, and a lake within 0.4. One well-behaved pet is welcome, however, smoking is not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot is available on request. This property accepts a maximum of two adults. Check-in at 4pm, check-out by 10am.
