Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Additional wood for woodburner available to purchase from the owners. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Spacious mature garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: There are several steps up to the garden accessed from the rear of the parking space. Visitors with young children should be aware that the garden is not completely enclosed. Note: The garden of the owners' property next door is open by appointment.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

The property owner has advised that this property accepts visitors with pets.

Pets are accepted on the understanding that they are always kept under control and exercised off the premises. They should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture and they must never be left in the property unattended.

Please remember to include all the pets that will be accompanying you at the time of booking so that the property owner is expecting you and your pet.

The Orchard is a stone-built, 300-year old, semi-detached cottage, located in a quiet backwater of the Lakeland village of Levens, just five miles from Kendal. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a double and a twin, and also has a family bathroom. Downstairs is a kitchen and a sitting room with open fire and dining area. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a lovely, mature lawned garden. The Orchard is a very welcoming holiday base for the Lakes, Dales and the Cumbrian coast.
