Gas central heating with open fire, and underfloor heating in the living space downstairs. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Alexa, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine, TV with Freeview, WiFi, hairdryer. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Starter pack included for fire. Tea, 10 Nespresso pods and sugar provided. Fuel for fire can be purchased locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking on a first come, first served basis. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Open staircase and care should be taken.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

The property owner has advised that this property accepts visitors with pets.

Pets are accepted on the understanding that they are always kept under control and exercised off the premises. They should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture and they must never be left in the property unattended.

Please remember to include all the pets that will be accompanying you at the time of booking so that the property owner is expecting you and your pet.

The Snug is a lovely cottage situated in the village of Cartmel just two miles from Grange-over-Sands in the Lake District. The cottage can sleep two people in one double bedroom together with walk-in shower room. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with wood burning stove. There is roadside parking on a first come, first served basis. Outside is a patio with furniture. The Snug is an ideal base for exploring the Lake District.
