Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

The property owner has advised that this property accepts visitors with pets.

Pets are accepted on the understanding that they are always kept under control and exercised off the premises. They should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture and they must never be left in the property unattended.

Please remember to include all the pets that will be accompanying you at the time of booking so that the property owner is expecting you and your pet.

Where there is a charge for taking your pet, this will be made clear on the property owners' website, and at the time of booking.

The living areas in the reverse-level, mid-terrace cottage consist of a first-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen hosting a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six people, and a sitting area with a TV and a selection of books. The bedrooms are all on the ground floor and consist of a double with an en-suite shower room, a twin and a bunk, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a drop-off point for luggage and parking is available at the private car park nearby. Within 0.1 mile, you will find a pub (on-site), and within 1.5, a shop. Please note that neither pets or smoking are allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the cost. A highchair and travel cot are also provided.

Note: Guests have access to a range of on-site leisure facilities, as well as a communal laundry room. Note: Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am.
