Note: Stream opposite cottage, which is at the bottom of a very steep bank, children must be supervised at all times. Note: Road to cottage is narrow and steep, a four-wheel drive may be required in winter. Note: Due to the location of the property, WiFi is suitable for browsing only and not for streaming or downloading.
All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

The property owner has advised that this property accepts visitors with pets.

Pets are accepted on the understanding that they are always kept under control and exercised off the premises. They should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture and they must never be left in the property unattended.

Please remember to include all the pets that will be accompanying you at the time of booking so that the property owner is expecting you and your pet.

Townhead Farmhouse is a character, semi-detached cottage situated five miles from the village of Pooley Bridge

The cottage sleeps six people and has one double bedroom, one twin and two singles, together with a bathroom. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen with small dining area, dining room with woodburner and sitting room with woodburner. Outside is off road parking for 2 cars and a lawned garden with furniture. Situated in the Lake District National Park, Townhead Farmhouse is a lovely family holiday cottage all year round.
