Fuel, power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking in shared courtyard. Use of shared lawned garden. Two well-behaved dogs welcome as of the 1st November 2020. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.2 miles, pub 3 mins walk. Use of tumble dryer by 50p coin meter. Logs can be purchased at the farm shop. Mobile phone signal may be limited due to the location of the property. Water from private supply, fed from freshwater lake. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking Graythwaite Adventure in advance. Graythwaite fishery is free for all guests and equipment can be hired locally, a small fee is applicable to keep your catch, rod fishing license required. Please Note: This property charges a £100.00 Good Housekeeping Bond. Please Note: Esthwaite property is an independent company and no one has rights to be on the water or fish or swim without paying Esthwaite water fishery.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Pets are accepted on the understanding that they are always kept under control and exercised off the premises. They should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture and they must never be left in the property unattended.

Ullswater is one of eleven apartments in a courtyard in the village of Sawrey just two miles from Hawkeshead in the Lake District National Park. The apartment sleeps four people and has a double bedroom, a twin room and a family shower room. The rest of the accommodation is made up of an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove as well as shared use of an external laundry room. Outside is plenty of off road parking and shared use of a lawned garden with outdoor furniture. Ullswater is a wonderful apartment for a memorable holiday in a fabulous location.
