Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

The property owner has advised that this property accepts visitors with pets.

Pets are accepted on the understanding that they are always kept under control and exercised off the premises. They should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture and they must never be left in the property unattended.

Please remember to include all the pets that will be accompanying you at the time of booking so that the property owner is expecting you and your pet.

Valley View is a superb barn conversion, just four miles from Broughton-in-Furness, set on a working farm, in the beautiful Duddon Valley in the Lake District and can sleep eight people. This all ground floor cottage has two double bedrooms (one with an en-suite shower room), two twin bedrooms (one zip/link, can be super king-size double on request), a bathroom, a kitchen, a sitting room with a dining area and a pool table and there is also a conservatory. Outside there is ample off road parking, bike storage and a lawned garden with a patio and furniture. Valley View is a wonderful base for your holiday.
