Wellgarth Cottage is a terraced property, one of five situated around a courtyard development in the village of Newby, eight miles from Appleby in Cumbria and opposite the owner's home. This cottage sleeps six people in four bedrooms, consisting of a double with an en-suite bath, a twin and two singles, as well as a main bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and two sitting rooms. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a front patio with furniture.
