Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Steep drive at the front of the house which is probably unsuitable for most vehicles but there is space at the top of the drive (on the roadside) to park one car.. Garden with patio and furniture. Bike storage in garage. Sorry, no pets and no smoking
