Overview
Set in the historic town of Old Hutton this cottage offers everything you need for your break. Kendal is only a short distance away and has a rich heritage along with plenty of shops and eateries to choose from. The vibrant town of Windermere is nearby and is a great place to enjoy the many cafes pubs restaurants and shops. Kirkby Lonsdale is not far away and boasts a range of eateries pubs and bespoke shops. Head to the Lyth Valley with its natural tranquillity and great walking you will be spoiled by the choice of gastropubs and restaurants in the immediate area and it's only a few miles away. Once you step into this traditional Lakeland cottage you will feel relaxed and ready for your holiday. Sit and enjoy a night in front of the TV with the wood burner roaring while sitting on the sofa in the lounge. There is also a dining table and chairs for those family feasts any time of the day. Up two steps we arrive in the kitchen with great space and perfect for your dogs to chill after a day exploring. There is an electric oven and gas hob fridge/freezer and microwave. Head up to the first floor where you will find the master bedroom with a double bed and a twin bedroom. The bathroom offers plenty of natural light with shower over the bath and WC. Outside there is a lawned area to the front and then a seating area out the back which has a scenic walk straight from it. There is bike storage available and roadside parking (subject to availability). Need to know: 2 Bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin. 1 bathroom with shower over the bath and WC.
