Keswick and Coniston are within driving distance too (30 miles). A great family day out can also be had at Muncaster Castle (11 miles) or on the beautiful Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway (10.5 miles). Entering the property you immediately find yourself in the hallway featuring the original bar dating back to 1826 when it was the local village pub - a great space to gather all together.
