Doors lead through to the conservatory where you can soak up the views to Catbells. Heading back down to the kitchen another set of steps lead up to a mezzanine area providing the perfect place for relaxing in the little reading nook complete with a large selection of books. On this level the accommodation is completed by a cosy king-size bedroom and a newly decorated family bathroom (with a shower over the bath and WC).
