This property is the perfect base to explore the wonders of South Cumbria with so many great places to visit and see nearby. Head over to the coast which is a short drive away with many beaches to choose from and bask in the amazing views across to Morecambe. The historic coastal town of Barrow-in-Furness is a stone's through away with plenty of shops eateries and bars to choose from and lots of entertainment spots to try. The Lake District is less than a 40-minute drive with Windermere Coniston and Hawkshead all within easy reach with a choice of lakes to enjoy a day out on. Once you step into this romantic cottage you will instantly feel ready for your holiday. The lounge boasts a cosy wood burner and a Smart TV for watching all your favourite programmes a sofa and an armchair - the perfect set up for an evening in together. Head on through to the newly refurbished kitchen which has all you need to create a romantic meal for two. There is an electric oven and hob fridge/freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer; there is also a lovely island to enjoy your meal with a glass of wine. On the first floor find a double bedroom with plenty of built-in storage and next to this is the bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. Finally there is a small office with a desk and chair for those who want to fire off some emails while away. Head up into the loft where there is a cool snug area with wall-mounted smart TV perfect for a night in your own den. Out the front of the cottage is the patio area where you can cosy up and watch the stars. You will find seating and a BBQ to enjoy those lovely warm evenings. Out the back door is a small area that is a great place to drop off those muddy clothes with a shed housing the washer and dryer. There is on-street parking. Need to know: 1 bedroom double. 1 bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. TV's in lounge and loft snug.
