Enjoy a splendid glamping experience in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Nestled in a beautiful rural location on the World Heritage site of Hadrian's Wall which is the largest Roman monument in Europe. Spanning coast to coast across the north of England 84 miles from the Solway Firth in the west to South Shields in the east making this a paradise for walkers and hikers with direct access from the property onto Hadrian's Walk. The picture postcard village of Brampton is close at hand and the city of Carlisle is within easy reach. Visit the Roman ruins at Housesteads Birdoswald and Vindolanda. Or enjoy a trip to Talkin Tarn Country Park and ancient woodland at Gelt Woods. From the enclosed garden you are met with this delightful lodge pod. Perfect for a luxurious romantic glamping experience. Entering the property you will find the comfortable sleeping area with a double bed to the rear of the pod. The lounge area with TV is the perfect place to relax after a day out exploring the local area. There is a dining table with seating ideal for romantic gatherings. The kitchen area is well-equipped with electric single ring hob fridge/freezer and microwave. Next through the door you will find the spacious shower room with shower and WC. Venturing outside is the private decked area with seating where you can enjoy the magnificent countryside views across Hadrian's Walk or take a relaxing dip in the hot tub. This is a perfect area for al fresco dining or perhaps enjoy a nice glass of wine or a good local ale. You may also get the opportunity to spot the regular visitors including deer red squirrels barn owls hare rabbits red kite and lots of garden birds. This property has ample off-road parking available. Need to know: 1 Double bed. 1 Shower room. Electric single ring hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. Electric and electric heating included. Bed linen and towels included. Ample off road parking. Wi Fi included. Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant 2 miles. . 2 seat hot tub There is an additional charge of 80 for the use of the hot tub which is payable to the owner on arrival. Minimum 2 night stay ( bank holidays minimum 3 nights ). Please note that the pods within the complex have own decking/hot tub but share the surrounding enclosed area. No arrivals Saturday or Sunday.
