Meadow Rue, a first-floor apartment has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire, a double bedroom, a single, and a shower room. Appliances consist of an electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and Smart TV. Outside there is a communal green and designated parking for one car. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.2 miles, a pub in 0.1 miles, and Lake Windermere in 0.8 miles. Enjoy the best of Cumbria at Meadow Rue. Note: The apartment is accessed via a flight of stairs, unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Whilst pets are not allowed, the owner's pets will be present outside of guest bookings. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.
