Outside, there is a garden with patio area and views stretching across the river to Lake Windermere as well as off road parking for three cars plus 5000 acres of estate grounds to wander. With wonderful walks from the doorstep and a host of excellent on-site facilities including a fishing lake, swimming pool and table tennis room, Mill Cottage offers a great base for your getaway.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking Graythwaite Adventure X in advance. Graythwaite fishery is free for all guests and equipment can be hired locally, a small fee is applicable to keep your catch, rod fishing license required. Mobile phone signal may be limited due to the location of the property. Please Note: The adjoining mill is disused and should not be entered.
