This property enjoys an idyllic rural location looking across the meadows and fells of the Lake District towards the imposing mountain of the Old Man of Coniston which not only provides a stunning backdrop but is also the perfect place for enjoying scenic walks as well as more challenging hikes depending on the chosen route. Just a short distance from the foot of the mountain the village of Coniston has a range of shops and pubs and is also home to a boating centre from where visitors can hire sailing boats paddleboards and canoes. For a more relaxing trip on the lake the restored Victorian steamers also leave from the village pier and provide the perfect way to really take in the beautiful scenery of the lake and the surrounding landscape. Approaching this property up the tree-lined private drive guest will come to the parking area from where several steps lead down to the property's private entrance. Once inside an internal staircase leads to the property's living space which occupies the first floor of this former-coach house. Once upstairs guests will find a stylish room with contemporary furnishings which is flooded with light thanks to the large patio door. A wood burner sits in the fireplace the warmth from which can be enjoyed from the comfortable sofa which is also the perfect spot to relax and unwind in front of a film on the Smart TV (Full Sky TV package inc. Sky Sports and Sky Movies as well as Netflix and Disney ). The dining table is situated so that guests can enjoy the spectacular views whilst they eat whilst the separate kitchen is modestly-sized yet well-equipped with an oven hob fridge and dishwasher whilst the freezer washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the separate utility room on the ground floor which can also be used for storing bikes and leaving muddy boots. Continuing on down the hallway from the kitchen the bedroom is a chic double room is finished in stylish muted colours and offers far-reaching countryside views from the window. The shower room meanwhile is fully-tiled and offers a shower and WC. The property benefits from a decked balcony where there the table and chairs provide the perfect space to enjoy alfresco drinks and meals whilst taking in the magnificent views. In addition to this there is a private patio area which offers more space and comes with a gas BBQ. In a fantastic addition to the property guests have access to the owner's well-equipped gym which is located on the ground floor of the building.
