Bowness-on-Windermere is a great place to enjoy browsing the shops and perhaps stocking up on picnic supplies before hiring a boat on the water or hop on board one of the leisure cruises which run up and down Windermere at a relaxing pace. Lake Windermere is an easy walk away for lake cruises boat hire and there are numerous walks from the door including Orrest Head and many more. Access this property up a flight of steps and through the front door. Once through the front door you will find yourself in the welcoming hallway in the reverse-level property. On the ground floor you will find the bedrooms one king-size and one double bedroom both with plenty of storage and a single bedroom. Finishing the ground floor is the contemporary shower room with shower and WC. The first floor of the property has an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with private balcony off the lounge. The lounge area has comfy sofas TV with Blu-ray and large patio doors opening onto the balcony. The dining area has seating for six whilst the bright well-equipped kitchen area offers everything that guests will need to prepare their favourite meals including an electric oven and hob dishwasher fridge/freezer washer/dryer and microwave. Head outside to the balcony from the lounge where you can sit and relax and enjoy being the same height as the leaves on the trees. There is parking available to the front of the property for two cars. Need to know: 3 bedrooms 1 king size, 1 double and 1 single. 1 Shower room.
