Stoker’s Cottage, a cottage over three floors, consists of a kitchen/diner with AGA, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and dining seating for four people, a sitting room with Smart TV, and a dressing room. The bedrooms consist of a double and second-floor double, serviced by a bathroom. Both bedrooms enjoy views of Lake Windermere. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles, pub in 0.2 miles and lake in 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio and furniture and dedicated off-road parking for two cars. Sorry, no smoking. One small well behaved pet welcome. Sorry this cottage does not provide a cot or a high chair. Note: Small step down into the property - please take care. Note: Good housekeeping bond of 150 GBP. Note: No pets allowed up stairs. Note: Stoker's Cottage is in an elevated position and access to the property is via a steep hill (there is an alternative less steep route to take on foot into the village).The stairs in the property are steep and may not be suitable for young children or those with mobility issues.
