Located a short walk from Patterdale village with its selection of country pubs this cosy retreat is situated on a farm that's been owned and farmed by the same family since 1954. You will find some great walks from your doorstep including Helvellyn Place Fell Angle Tarn Ullswater Way Deepdale Horseshoe and Fairfield to name a few. You can also walk to Ullswater and enjoy a trip on one of the steamers. The beautiful Aira Force waterfalls are nearby as well as plenty of opportunities for paddleboarding. For those looking for more action why not explore the area on horseback or try walking an alpaca? This pretty shepherd's hut has an open-plan layout. The main living space features a raised double bed a dining area a wall-mounted Smart TV and a cute bijou kitchen which is equipped with a Belfast sink microwave two-ring hob and fridge/freezer and has enough space for rustling up a nice breakfast or romantic dinner. There's also a shower room with WC off the main living space. French doors look out over the fells and stunning countryside. Outside you will find a private seating area to the front of the property with hot tub which overlooks the fells - a stunning place to discuss the day's events or enjoy a tasty dinner cooked on the BBQ then spend the evening in front of the fire pit. There is private parking for one car and you are just over 1 mile away from local pubs and restaurants. Need to know: 1 bedroom 1 double bed. 1 shower room with WC.
