A cupboard just outside the kitchen houses the washing machine. Upstairs there are three bedrooms a characterful king-size (which can be made up as a twin on request) a pretty single with views over the garden and a lovely master with built in wardrobes and an en-suite. The spacious sunny garden enjoys a south-facing positon and has a large lawn as well as a patio seating area.
