Nestled in the popular Lakeland town of Keswick this cottage is the ideal base for a couple's getaway. There is an abundance of shops eateries and pubs to choose from all a short walk away. Derwentwater is just 1 mile away where you can enjoy a day out on the lake via the boat tour or hire a rowing boat/kayak yourself for a more romantic setting. Once you're in the property you will find yourself in the welcoming open-plan lounge/diner with some lovely original features including the fireplace which houses the gas flame-effect fire. There is a smart TV and comfortable leather sofa and an armchair ideal for a cosy night in after a day out and about. The dining area is spacious and has a window-side dining table with seating for four. The bright kitchen offers everything that guests will need to prepare their favourite meals including an electric oven and gas hob fridge/freezer microwave washer/dryer and dishwasher. The cottage-style staircase leads up to the first floor where there's a spacious and romantic super-king bedroom. There is also a bright bathroom with a shower over bath and WC. Outside is a patio area with seating to enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine. Along with the patio is a shared garden area. There is on street parking available.
