Located in the attractive village of Spark Bridge this quaint two-storey property offers comfortable accommodation for up to two guests for a romantic break. Take a walk from the doorstep and discover routes taking in the fells. Coniston (9 miles) is a great day out with plenty of shops pubs and eateries plus the southern tip of Coniston Water is only a few miles away and is a beautiful spot to enjoy some water sports or you can take a relaxing steamer cruise. Through the front door you enter into the lounge which exudes comfort and relaxation with a leather sofa open fire and TV/DVD which makes for a perfect night in. The well-equipped kitchen has all you need to create a light lunch or hearty evening meal after a busy day exploring the local area. The dining area is set in the lounge so you can enjoy meals together planning your adventures to come. Heading upstairs onto the first floor you'll find the master bedroom with a four posted bed. Completing the property is the bathroom. There is a lovely patio area to the front with views over the village and river plus seating out the back of the property. Need to know: 1 double bedroom. 1 bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment and washing machine. TV/DVD. Open fire (first basket of coal supplied). Back and front garden with seating. One allocated parking space and on street parking (subject to availability). Shop 2 miles and pub within 50 metres.
