Overview
Victoria Mount is a beautiful, detached stone cottage resting in the town of Grange-over-Sands, Cumbria. Boasting seven bedrooms comprised of four super-king-size (super-king-size, can be twins on request) with en-suite showers, a king-size (zip/link, can be a twin on request) with en-suite shower, a ground-floor super-king-size with en-suite wet room, and a lower-ground-floor king-size, this property can sleep a total of fourteen guests. There is a bathroom on the lower ground floor as well as a games room, whilst the ground floor is home to a kitchen/diner, dining room, utility and a sitting room. Outside there is an enclosed wrap-around decking with outdoor seating, a hot tub for 6, and ample off-road parking for guests. Two travel cots and two highchairs available. Sorry, no smoking and no pets.

Off-road parking is available for 8 cars with one 7kW and one 22kW EV Charging point at either end of the drive. Private wrap-around terrace with hot tub for 6 and outdoor seating area at ground floor level and covered veranda to lower ground floor. A large gas barbecue and a fire pit. Children’s play area with slides, a trampoline, swings, table tennis and garden chess set. Two travel cots and two highchairs available. Fuel and power inc. in rent but use of EV Charging points charged separately at a fee (approx 35p/kWh). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 0.1 miles. Please note: Owner is happy with 11am check out every day except changeover days when it is 9am, guests are welcome to park at property prior to check in but no access to property until 4pm. Changeover is normally on a Friday but occasionally a Sunday or a Monday if there is a mid-week booking. Confirmation will be provided by the owner a few weeks prior to arrival.
