Outside, there is a small rear patio with furniture and off-road parking for four cars, plus roadside parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 0.2 miles, lake 0.5 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 1 Park Road is a superb base for exploring Windermere and the Lake District.
